Week 18 Daily Log — Push Day

Current Weight: 217 lbs
Training: Chest / Push Day
Bench Press:

  • 215 lbs × 8

  • 215 lbs × 6

  • 215 lbs × 5 (full range)

Today’s Focus:
Rebuilding momentum, CDL applications, consistency, and transparency.
Some weeks the weight fluctuates — discipline stays.

Reflection:
Pushing through this week with honesty and structure.
Staying committed to DP Level 1 and keeping transformation updates real.
