📘 Week 19 Daily Log — Discipline Protocol Level 1

Day 1 — Pull Day (Back + Biceps)
Strong start to the week. Heavy pulls, controlled tempo, and solid focus.
Water retention is high right now, but strength felt stable.
Abs are softer, but I’m not letting surface changes steer the mission.
Day 2 — Off Day (Drug Screen)
Took today off for the Relay On Demand drug screening.
Not ideal timing for training rhythm, but discipline is also adapting to real-life demands.
Still down 1 lb from last week — even with higher sodium and water shifts.
Week Outlook

Cardio: 2–3 days

Goal: Maintain momentum while managing finances and energy

Strategy: Hold the line, keep FFT alive, and push harder again in January
Mind sharp. Spirit steady.
Adjusting to circumstances, not quitting because of them.
