Fit & Free Token Journey | Week 14 Recap — Still Standing. Still Focused.
Fourteen weeks of consistency finally caught up with me — in the best way possible. After over three months of two-a-day cardio and daily weight sessions, plus long hours building the Fit & Free Token project, I gave myself permission to recharge. One lighter week, fewer steps, more food, and a reminder that recovery is part of discipline — not the absence of it.
Growth You Can See, Not Fear
The scale went up about twelve pounds this week, but the mirror tells the real story: fuller muscles, better sleep, and strength still climbing. My leg-press max hit 707 lbs for ten reps to failure — a personal best and proof that the base I’ve built over the last 14 weeks is solid.
The Mental Reset
The toughest part of resting is the quiet. When you’ve spent months in motion, slowing down can feel wrong. But sometimes the body and the project both need space to grow. This week reminded me that discipline isn’t about punishment — it’s about rhythm: push, recover, return sharper.
The FFT Parallel
That same rhythm drives Fit & Free Token. Real progress doesn’t come from hype or speed; it comes from steady, consistent work over time. Whether it’s training or token building, patience is the real strength.
Looking Ahead to Week 15
The plan now: get back to balanced sessions, tighten nutrition, and keep sharing the process — not perfection. Every week builds on the last. The goal hasn’t changed.
🍂 Still standing. Still focused. Discipline is the ultimate currency.
