What counts as activity?
Walk / Jog, Weights, Mobility, Cardio Machine, Mixed — anything intentional that builds discipline.
Miss a day?
Streak resets — no worries, just start again the next day and keep momentum alive.
Where do I post photos?
Add them to your Day Log in Community and paste the image link in your daily check-in.
